Adequate experience

room refrigeratorconvenient locationspacious roomrude staffpoor cleaninglimited service
The room had a refrigerator. This was a bonus. The location was convenient, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The room was spacious enough for me and my friend.
The staff member was rude with her attitude. She didn't smile. I was like I was not a valued customer. The housekeeping only did proper cleaning after three nights. They only provided clean towels if we asked for them.

amazing view and comfortable stay

great locationamazing viewstrange smell
The hotel location is great for walking to local eateries. kings cross restaurants and nightlife are easily accessible. from the 22nd floor, i saw an amazing view of the harbour bridge and the opera house. It was lovely. i would definitely stay again, as it was a great value.
I experienced a strange musty smell in the room. The air con only partially helped. the air con was also noisy at times. i found it disappointing that there was no lunch or dinner restaurant service in the premises.
